Our Story

A sense of community is lost when an individual is forced to move to unfamiliar surroundings with those of equal age or wellness. Small towns, such as McBride, do not have the population base to afford this arrangement resulting in a need to assimilate individuals of every level of ability into a support facility; RVL is that system. Here residents can rely on community involvement through participation from friends and family to support them and supplement their daily needs throughout their advanced stages of life. The resulting sense of inclusion and purpose is symbolic of small-town integrity and cannot be parallelled by any institution. RVL simply provides the infrastructure to encourage this philosophy with coordinated participation from authorities and professionals to maintain standards appropriate to the individual’s needs. This is our mission at Robson Valley Legacies.
